The Difference?  How David differs from other builders comprises a long list.

No. 1: Integrity.

David wants his clients happy and to be so, means getting the job done correctly-the first time.  He really only wants to see you again at fun, social occasions and to hear how much each client enjoys their new “home away from home”.  Now, with Oklahoma winds, hail, clay, sun, ice storms and flooding – the odds are you will need him again. Guess what? HE IS THERE.  Recognizing that no building in Oklahoma is impervious to the climate here, he will always be helpful for years after you are settled.

No. 2: Experience.

Well, just read his resume.  The guy can build a building in 6 months flat. He also has solid connections with architects, engineers and inspectors to expedite the processes in a timely manner.

David understands the importance of time to his clients. He has streamlined the floor plan design process and selection decisions. The client only need meet with David. His experience in design and six year relationship with Miller Architects has shortened the time, from contract to completed plans, to less than three weeks. Most clients have experienced the tedious decisions of home building. David has limited the selections to one page of interior finishes. The average client will spend less than 8 hours from design to move-in.
