This is a letter of recommendation that you may feel free to present to any prospective client. Oh behalf of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma, I cannot express enough my gratitude for the outstanding work you did on our building project.

It is an anxious time when one enters into such a project. We didn’t know your company. We had an awful lot of questions to ask. You were very patient with us and accommodated every request that was made. Once the contracts were approved you took the ball and ran with it. It was actually quite amaing. When we broke ground in January, we hoped to be in the building by the first of November, but unlike most construction projects, were were open for business in our new building on August 31st! Two months early and under budget — these are terms rarely heard of in a construction project, but that is what you did for us!

Since we moved in, you have not abandoned us. We have had a few problems to deal with. The major one was with the carpet tiles in the conference center. After several attempts by the contractor to correct them, you had them replaced at their expense. we have had some other very minor problems–you have addressed every one of them. It has really been quite remarkable. I would highly recommend you to anyone who might be considering building a new office building.

One of my board members commented last week that when he came out to the building for a tour, he expected to see another office building. What he saw, however, was much more than that. I totally agree with that. We have worked in the office for about a month now and I enjoy every minute of the time I am in my office. You have done a masterful job — Thank you.
